Our aim
We aim for the website to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the working standard. This is an engineering target, not a claim of formal certification.
What we have considered
The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled form controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, colour contrast checks, reduced-motion support and layouts designed to reflow from small mobile screens to large displays.
Using the website
You should be able to move through navigation and controls with a keyboard, zoom text and page content, use common screen readers, and complete the contact form without relying on colour alone. Optional analytics do not affect access to content or services.
Known limitations
Third-party security challenges, if enabled, may behave differently across assistive technologies. Long articles and service pages contain substantial content, so we provide clear headings, breadcrumbs and article contents links where appropriate. We continue to test these patterns as the website changes.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is checked during design, implementation and responsive browser review. New components should preserve keyboard access, focus visibility, readable line lengths and reduced-motion behaviour. Material issues are prioritised according to their impact on access.
Tell us about a barrier
If something prevents you from using this website, email [email protected]. Include the page, device or assistive technology involved, and what you were trying to do. We will review the issue and provide the information in another reasonable format where possible. Last reviewed: 31 August 2026.
